Bas Blom is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in engineering thermoplastics across various industries, including automotive, electrical, consumer electronics, and mass transportation. Currently serving as a Mentor for Startups at Startupbootcamp, an External Advisor at Bain & Company, and an Advisory Board Member at DOBILO, Bas Blom also owns and consults for InBuPro. Formerly, Bas held leadership positions such as Managing Director for Renewable Polymers at Avantium and the Monostreams Division at Renewi plc.
