Seda Araz has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 with an internship at Arçelik A.Ş. as a Human Resources Intern. In 2016, they interned at Türk Telekom as a Corporate Customer Relations Intern, and in 2017 they interned at dhmi Devlet Hava Meydanları İşletmesi Genel Müdürlüğü as a Human Resources Intern. In 2019, they worked at İkaros&Partners İnsan Kaynakları ve Eğitim Danışmanlığı A.Ş. as an IT Recruitment Consultant and Team Lead, and then as an IT Recruitment Consultant. In 2020, they were a People & Culture Manager at Ruby Games Studio. In 2021, they were a People Manager at Enrich Technology. Currently, they are a People & Culture Manager | Consultant at StartupCentrum and a Mentee at Proctor Gallagher Institute.

Seda Araz has an education history of a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Yildiz Technical University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relation and Publicity from Marmara University (2013-2018).
