Amy Cherette

Amy Cherette is a seasoned professional in People Strategy and Operations with extensive experience in managing HR and talent acquisition functions across various companies. Currently a member at StartupExperts and serving as a Staff Partner at Deepgram, Amy previously held the role of Vice President of People at Seasoned, where responsibilities included overseeing HR compliance and building recruitment infrastructure. Prior to this, Amy was Head of Global People and Talent at Nathan James, focusing on global operations and fostering a remote-first culture, and served as Director of People and Recruiting at Hipcamp, where significant contributions were made in establishing policies and talent acquisition processes. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University, complemented by an Audio Technology degree from SAE Expression College.
