Ben Aronowicz

Ben Aronowicz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, community building, and human resources within the tech industry. Currently, Ben serves as the Co-Founder of Team Union and the Director of Fractional and Consultant Member Experience at StartupExperts, where programming efforts focus on supporting Fractional and Consultant Leaders in tech. Previously, Ben contributed as a Mentor at StartEd, a TroopHR Member, and an Ally for the #HIREBLACK Initiative, providing mentorship and support to diverse talent. Notable past roles include Head of People Operations and Recruitment at Thinkful, where Ben played a critical role in scaling the company and led a fully remote People Department. Additional experience includes sales and team leadership positions at Apple and Charlotte Street Computers, complemented by an educational background in Philosophy from Grinnell College.
