Bryan Messmer is a wellness and mental health advocate who founded and scaled Easy Float, a multi-state float tank business, from 2017 to 2024. Currently, they serve as the Director of Strategic Development at ChillWell Plunge Sauna Float, overseeing the evolution of the center into a holistic wellness community focused on mental and physical well-being. Additionally, Bryan is an Ops Leader at StartupExperts, fostering a community of HR, Finance, and Ops leaders to support one another. They also have experience in international account management from their tenure at LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated and were a successful multi-unit franchisee in the fast-food industry. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Southern Oregon University.
