Heather Dunn

Heather Dunn is an experienced HR leader currently holding the position of Chief People Officer at Brex and serving as an Advisor at PeopleTech Enterprise and Gem. With a rich background in human resources, Heather is also a founding member of CPOHQ and an active HR leader in the StartupExperts community. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Newfront Insurance and leadership positions at Dropbox and Microsoft, where significant contributions were made in areas such as organizational strategy, staffing, and HR development programs. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and a Master's in Human Resources/Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
