Laura Shaw is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and customer success. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Ops & Customer Success at Cipher, Laura specializes in engaging employees through experiential learning to enhance security and compliance. Previously, Laura held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Connect, where strategic vision development, P&L management, and significant program enhancements were achieved. Experience also includes serving as Events Manager at San Diego Zoo Global, managing numerous high-profile events, and involvement in various roles at La Jolla Playhouse. Laura holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Washington.
