Melissa Moore

Melissa Moore serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at Ampere, where the focus lies on innovative cloud computing solutions. With extensive experience in various HR leadership roles, Melissa also contributes as an HR Leader at StartupExperts, an HR Expert and member of the Senior Leader Council at Hacking HR, and an active member of Chief and Knoetic | CPOHQ. Previous positions include General Manager of People & Culture at Melbourne IT, Head of Human Resources at Outware Mobile, and Director of Human Resources at Ubisoft, among others. Melissa began a career in HR at Maxtor Corporation and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, along with an MBA from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
