Previously, as HR Leader for StartupExperts and Vice President at ProSomnus Sleep Technologies, Robert focused on building robust HR systems and fostering community support among industry peers. With a strong foundation in HR consulting from RAS HR Consulting and leadership positions at MicroDental Laboratories and Lam Research Corporation, Robert has demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives.
