Currently, V X. serves as a member of StartupExperts, a community for HR, Finance, and Operations leaders, and as a board member at EcoWomen, which empowers diverse leaders in their professions and environmental stewardship. V X. holds a role in operations and strategy at Smartass Support Cards, overseeing logistics and strategic decision-making. Previously, V X. was a Director at MediaAlpha, managing various aspects of people operations and talent acquisition, and held management positions at Technicolor Group and Parasoft, enhancing compliance and recruiting processes. V X. possesses a BA in Psychology and an MFA in Creative Writing from Creighton University and Sarah Lawrence College, respectively, along with a Doctor of Law degree from Creighton University School of Law.
