Vinitha Joseph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and mentorship. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Fellow for the Kerala Startup Mission, Vinitha also holds multiple mentoring positions across several organizations, including the Women Entrepreneurship Platform, AIC RAISE, Wadhwani Foundation, and StartupTN. As the Founder & CEO of Bluepurple Management Consulting Private Ltd., Vinitha has been instrumental in fostering innovation and supporting startups. Previous experience includes a role as Head of Talent Management at RR Donnelley. Vinitha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Amrita School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Calicut.
