Over the past decade, the early stage innovation and technology (startup)  sector in WA has evolved significantly, but can do so much more with additional resources and support. 

StartupWA advocates for more support and engagement from government, corporates, universities, investors and others to help develop the next generation of scalable ventures. 

Technology has ALWAYS created more jobs than it has displaced, and this trend will continue. WA needs to diversify its economy, in order to create the companies and jobs of tomorrow, and allow us to maintain and improve our excellent lifestyle here in the West.
