Suraj Madnani is a board member at StartUpWind. Suraj has also previously worked with American Express, IBM Global Business Services, and Trigyn Technologies. At IBM, they served as Deputy General Manager & Program Director, partnering with senior product and technology leaders at Fortune 100 companies to deliver turnkey solutions. Suraj also led vision and roadmap creation, product design & development, go-to-market strategy and implementation for several products. In addition, they managed a multi-million dollar P&L and global team of 100+. Key product domains they have experience in include digital & online product marketing, finance, operations and customer servicing, risk management, and business intelligence. Prior to their work at IBM, Madnani was a Sr. Software Engineer / Team Lead at Trigyn Technologies, where they collaborated with a team of 4 engineers to build the UX and frontend components of a CRM product. Suraj has also worked as an Assistant Manager at Godrej GE Appliances Ltd.

Suraj Madnani is an MBA graduate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a focus on strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Suraj also has a bachelor's degree in industrial electronics from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering. In addition, they have a Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence and a certification in Design Thinking from IDEO/Kellogg School of Management. Finally, they are SAFe Certified Product Manager / Product Owner.
