Benjamin Works

Benjamin Works serves as the Head of Mission Success at Quartermaster since October 2024, where responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through contract compliance and renewals. In January 2024, Benjamin founded the P24 Cohort at StartX, a startup accelerator for the Stanford community. Previously, Benjamin co-founded and acted as CEO of Ocean Observations Group, promoting ocean sustainability with the SeaWatch platform from October 2022 to October 2024. Prior military experience includes a role as a Contractor for Patriot Defense Group supporting MARSOC training and serving as a Marine Raider with U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command from April 2011 to April 2017, overseeing communications and leading operations with Afghan Special Forces. Benjamin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University and an Associate of Arts in Philosophy from San Diego Mesa College, along with language training in Indonesian at the Defense Language Institute.
