Keith Jones

Keith Jones is a seasoned professional in the field of biosciences with extensive experience in product development and mentoring. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor at ProbiusDx and a Mentor at StartX, Keith provides guidance within the StartX Med community. Previously, Jones held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Product Development at Mission Bio, where efforts focused on advancing precision medicine through single-cell DNA analysis, and Vice President of Development at Illumina, leading the development of non-invasive prenatal testing. His career began at Affymax as a Research Fellow, progressing to Vice President of Molecular Genetics at Affymetrix, managing a large team responsible for assay and reagent kit development. Jones holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Stanford University School of Medicine and dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Biological Sciences from UC Irvine.
