Melanie McDougall is an experienced professional with a strong background in management, research, and operations. With a Master's degree in Management from Queen's University, Melanie has held various roles, including Research Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University and Smith School of Business, Management Consultant at Ambisafe and Cadre, and Head of Operations at Nexus Events. In the startup ecosystem, Melanie served as Co-Founder and COO of Goodly Labs, contributing to the development of civic technologies, and as Director of Admissions at StartX, a prestigious accelerator associated with Stanford University.
