Nancy Spector

Nancy Spector is an experienced operations executive, currently serving as COO and Head of Business Operations at StartX since February 2025. Prior to this role, Nancy held several key positions, including COO at Carecubes, where responsibilities included managing operations related to supply chain, finance, HR, and legal, as well as backfilling the head of finance and operations at Dispatch Goods. With a strong background in leading operations and customer care at KiwiCo and PLAE, Nancy has also contributed as a Chief of Staff at Brilliant Earth and a Founding Advisor at StartOps. An MBA graduate from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and a BA in Urban Studies from Brown University, Nancy's expertise spans various sectors and focuses on building scalable processes for growth and efficiency.
