Tony Lai

Tony Lai is a prominent figure in the legal and technology sectors, serving as Co-Chair of the CodeX Stanford Blockchain Group since November 2017 and advising for StartX as an Advisor for Legal & Social Innovation. In addition to being an Edmund Hillary Fellow and a Creative Consultant at DSIL Global, Tony has held various leadership roles, including Board Member and Co-Founder & CEO at Legal.io. With a significant focus on legal empowerment and the application of emerging technologies, Tony has contributed to research at institutions such as the National University of Singapore and has shared expertise as a Visiting Professor at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. An LL.M. graduate from Stanford University, Tony also co-founded LawGives, an innovative platform aimed at transforming the delivery of legal services.
