Zan Doan is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and scaling innovative software solutions. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of Fastrak AI since October 2024, Zan focuses on developing a platform designed to accelerate product launches for small and mid-market businesses. In addition to this role, Zan acts as an advisor for StartX and Berkeley SkyDeck, contributing to the growth of startups through mentorship and strategic resources. Previously, as CTO of a Stealth Mode AI Startup, Zan led a team to create a Generative AI-powered virtual assistant. Zan's impactful tenure at Turing.com included transforming the engineering team from zero to over 200 members and achieving unicorn status. With a solid foundation in engineering management from Meta and previous roles as CTO at SuccessHub and HumanRank, Zan brings a wealth of experience to the tech industry.
