Crafted in Melbourne, Starward whiskies embody the city's adventurous spirit and are celebrated for their delicious versatility. Uniquely matured in red wine barrels sourced from Australia's famed wine regions and aged in a highly reactive environment, Starward’s whiskies exemplify Australian ingenuity, blending the best of the old world with the innovation of the new.
In fifteen short years, we’ve grown immensely, taken our whisky to the world and won many prestigious awards along the way. Now, we’re Australia’s #1 whisky and we’re only just getting started.

We’re a nimble and passionate team that takes incredible pride in what we do.

Continuously pushing boundaries and leveraging Melbourne’s rapidly changing climate to mature our whiskies, Starward goes further for flavour.
Resulting in a distinctly Australian whisky that’s approachable, versatile, and bursting with flavour.
