Michael Rakitin is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and post-sales services. Currently serving as the Post-sales Support Team Lead and Senior Technical Support Engineer at StarWind Inc. since October 2015, Michael specializes in high-level support for end users, architecture planning for clustered environments, and technical training. Prior to this role, Michael worked at KPMG Ukraine for over seven years, where responsibilities included 2nd line corporate application support and 1st line user support in the Kyiv office. Michael holds a Master's degree in Radiophysics and Electronics from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, earned between 2002 and 2008.
