Scott Macdonald

Scott Macdonald is Chief Financial Officer for Starz. As CFO, Macdonald is responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal financial reporting, treasury operations as well as facility operations across the family of Starz companies out of the Englewood, Colo. office. Macdonald serves on the board of directors of STARZ Play Arabia, an entity in which Starz holds a minority interest. STARZ Play Arabia is a premium SVOD service with operations serving the Middle East and North African markets.

Prior to assuming the role of CFO in July 2012, Macdonald was executive vice president, finance, accounting and treasurer. Before assuming accounting and financial responsibilities for all of Starz and its subsidiaries in 2008, Macdonald served as Starz Media’s senior vice president, finance, accounting and controller from October 2006.
