Louis Bouchard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Louis began their career at Siamtec as an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Software Engineer. After that, they joined DTM Informatique as a Sr. Systems Engineer. In 1997, they started working at BCE Emergis as a Technology Consultant, and later became the Development Manager. In 2004, Louis became the Owner & Director of STAS Inc.

Louis Bouchard began their education at Seminaire de Chicoutimi, where they completed their high school education from 1983 to 1988. Following this, they attended Cegep de Chicoutimi from 1988 to 1990, earning a technical college degree.

In 1990, Louis Bouchard enrolled in Polytechnique Montréal, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. However, the field of study for this degree is not specified. Louis attended Polytechnique Montréal until 1995.

During the same time period, from 1991 to 1995, Louis Bouchard also studied at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC), where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.

After completing their formal education, Louis Bouchard obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 1998, they earned the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet certification from Microsoft. In 2001, they achieved the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Routing & Switching (CCIE Routing & Switching) - Emeritus certification from Cisco. Two years later, in 2002, Louis Bouchard obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)². The most recent certification added to their repertoire is the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in June 2009.
