They co-founded NOVOS, a premier training platform for competitive gamers, and previously served as CEO at Galleon, assisting large game studios in enhancing direct-to-consumer strategies. With a background in security management at EL AL Israel Airlines and strategic consulting at Robus, Or also participated in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at IDC Herzliya, where they graduated Cum Laude. In 2021, they were recognized in Forbes' 30 Under 30 list.
