Cleo Caagay

Cleo Caagay has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Cleo started at Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica) as an Account Executive for T-Mobile. Cleo then moved to Convergys, where they worked as a Billing Specialist and Financial Advisor for Macy's Credit Card. In 2018, they joined Flatworld Solutions as a Retention Specialist for MicroFocus. In 2019, they transitioned to Onerent as a Market Development Associate, where they conducted market research, developed strategies, built client relationships, and identified new business opportunities. In 2021, they joined both WhisperMED as an Administrator and Stasher as a Customer Service Representative. In the same year, they also joined Leeor Cohen Consulting, Inc. as an Executive Assistant, managing the schedule of the Customer Experience Advisor and Startup Strategist and acting as a go-between for applicants and new hires.

Cleo Caagay graduated from the University of Mindanao in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy, majoring in Accounting.
