Robert Joerger

Robert Joerger has worked in the technology industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Virtual Technology Specialist at Software Productivity Strategists, Inc. (SPS), where they were responsible for recording and editing webinars using Camtasia Studio 4 and Adobe Premier. Robert also performed quality control checks on recorded events. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Intelice Solutions (formerly Watkins IT) as a Senior Staff Consultant, providing phone and on-site support for software and hardware related issues, as well as overseeing and supporting the helpdesk operations. In 2014, they joined Stasmayer, Inc. as the Technology Alignment Manager and Escalations Team Lead.

Robert Joerger obtained their Bachelor of Science in Audio/Video Production from Frostburg State University between 2003 and 2007. Robert has also obtained several certifications, including the Liongard Certified Professional (LCP) from Liongard in August 2022, Introduction to Liongard from Liongard in March 2022, Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers from ConnectWise in March 2021, and Clio Product Essentials from Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology in September 2020.
