OUR STORY

The name STAT Wellness came from Kristin’s time working in the emergency room, where everyone wanted everything STAT. Well friends, there is no magic pill and wellness cannot be achieved STAT. It takes time to change habits and develop a healthy lifestyle. One of our favorite quotes is from a Tanzanian Proverb, “little by little a little becomes a lot“. This is so true! Even the smallest lifestyle changes over time can lead to total body, mind, and spirit transformation. We’d love the opportunity to partner with you to help you become the healthiest and happiest person you can be.
