Dr. Gary McGrath

Dr. Gary McGrath, CSP® has extensive work experience in leadership development, coaching, and consulting. Dr. Gary has held various roles in different companies, including Statarius, DUMAC, Inc. - Duke University Asset Management Company, Palziv, Burdette Beckmann Inc., Fred Smith Company, Baker Roofing Company, Life Time Inc., Barnhill Contracting Company, Precision Walls, Inc., and Steve Spangler Science. In these roles, they have provided executive coaching, established systems and processes for improved management, developed and executed business development and sales processes, and helped create strategies for selling companies. Dr. McGrath has also completed multiple LeaderStep7 Leadership Development Programs throughout their career. Dr. Gary'sexpertise spans a wide range of industries and they have worked with companies of various sizes.

Dr. Gary McGrath, CSP®, holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, which they completed from 2004 to 2009. Dr. Gary also has a degree in Mechanical & Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, which they earned from 1972 to 1976.
