Jeff Mayers

Jeff Mayers is the President of WisPolitics.com and the General Manager at State Affairs-Wisconsin, where they lead a team dedicated to providing in-depth coverage of state politics, government, and business. With 35 years of experience in journalism and publishing, they have co-founded WisPolitics.com in 2000 and currently manage editorial, financial, and operational strategies for the organization. Jeff is also an active board member at the Madison Club and Oakwood Lutheran Senior Ministries, contributing to various nonprofit initiatives while previously serving in key roles at the Wisconsin Newspaper Association foundation and the Center for Journalism Ethics at UW-Madison. Additionally, they have penned freelance articles and co-authored a book on fishing, showcasing their wide-ranging interests in writing.
