John McCarthy, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing engineering projects. As Engineering Manager at State Mechanical Services since 2009, John oversees a team focused on resolving complex technical issues while ensuring compliance with client and organizational standards. In previous roles, including Vice President of Engineering and Engineering Manager at Westside Mechanical, John excelled in revenue generation and process improvement initiatives. John started the career as a Project Engineer at Arrowhead/Honeywell. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and two Bachelor's Degrees from Bradley University.
