Tracie Sharp

Tracie Sharp serves as the President & CEO of State Policy Network since August 1999, leading a network of over 150 state-based think tanks and advocating for free speech and association rights. Sharp holds experience as a former Trustee for WITH Foundation, which promotes healthcare for adults with developmental disabilities, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Thomas A. Roe Foundation. Previously, Sharp was the Executive Director of Cascade Policy Institute from April 1991 to April 1999, contributing to its establishment as Oregon's premier market-oriented think tank, and worked as Program Director at Washington Policy Center from February 1988 to April 1991, gaining valuable insights into non-profit operations and public policy research. Sharp earned a BA in History from the University of Washington in 1988.
