Ryan Whitley

Ryan Whitley, PMP, currently serves as Vice President at State Service, where employment began in November 2014. Prior roles include Business Development Manager and Project Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Ryan Whitley worked at Kiewit from January 2010 to November 2014, progressing through various roles, including Project Engineer, Structural Field Engineer, Piping Field Engineer, Structural Superintendent, and ECI Project Engineer. Ryan Whitley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from Texas State University between 2005 and 2009.
