Greg Reece

Greg Reece is the Chief Executive Officer of State Swim, a role held since 2023. They led operations across Medical Engineering, SaaS, Offshore Energy, and Aquatic Education, guiding teams through market challenges and global expansion in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia. They previously served as Chief Development Officer at State Swim from 2022 to 2023 and held multiple senior roles at MMA Offshore Limited (2015-2020), including Business Development General Manager, Integration Manager, Senior Business Analyst, General Manager – Strategy and Innovation, and Commercial Manager – International. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University (2011-2013) and a B. Sc., B. Engr (Hons) from Flinders University (2002-2006), along with a Diploma of Management from Scope Training (2010) and Six Sigma Green Belt with Project Management credentials from AIM Education & Training (2012).
