Aaron Cushing

Aaron Cushing has over two decades of experience at State Farm, currently serving as Engineering Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing Microsoft M365 Data Governance and ensuring data compliance. Previous roles at State Farm include Technology Manager for M365 Collaboration Solutions, Technology Manager for IT Risk & Compliance, and Service Manager for the ICP Program Management Office, where Aaron drove process integration for major transformational efforts. Additionally, management experience encompasses overseeing approximately 70 planners in the Systems Technology Area and facilitating IT project planning. Aaron began their career in the public sector as a Police Officer with the Village of Buffalo Grove and the City of Tempe.
