Chad Akin

Chad Akin, CPCU, is the Director of the Mobility and Sharing Economy Practice at State Farm, where they lead teams focused on developing innovative insurance products. With 25 years of operational and organizational leadership experience, Chad has held various roles including Director of P&C Underwriting and Operations Manager. They are a collaborative leader with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and community service, as demonstrated through their positions on the boards of the Tempe Chamber of Commerce and the Tempe Community Action Agency. Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Angelo State University and has completed an Executive Education Program in Leadership at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
