Chad Bent

Chad Bent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and customer relations. Since October 2015, Chad has served as an Agency Owner at State Farm, where responsibilities include overseeing agency operations and fostering client relationships. Prior to this role, Chad worked at Walmart from September 1990 to November 2015 as a Retail Store Manager, managing retail sales, merchandising, hiring, staff development, customer retention, public relations, inventory management, and budget accountability. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree from Northern State University, which was completed between 1988 and 2003, and is an alumnus of Faulkton High School.
