Currently a Claim Section Manager at State Farm, Craig specializes in Auto Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Commercial Auto claims, driving operational transformation and enhancing customer satisfaction. With a strong background in project management and Lean Six Sigma process improvement, Craig has spearheaded initiatives that streamline workflows and reduce waste. In addition to leadership roles at State Farm, including Claim Team Manager and Manager of Workforce Management, Craig has foundational experience as a Sales Associate at Allstate.
