Heidi Steach, CPCU, SPC4, CSM, has over a decade of experience in IT and program management, with a focus on delivering enterprise-level projects and advancing business intelligence initiatives. At State Farm®, roles included IT Delivery Lead, where Heidi scoped and managed internet and mobile Research and Development projects, and Business IT Project Manager, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder collaboration. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, Heidi promoted analytics and supported the transition to a large Federated Data Warehouse. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Silicon Valley Bank, Heidi manages a portfolio exceeding $150 million, leveraging extensive project management and Scrum Master expertise. Heidi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
