From March 2009 to April 2016, James served as Agency Owner and Owner/President of Agency Operations at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies. Prior to this, James held the position of Satellite President at Global Imaging Systems from November 2005 to June 2008 and was President at Xerographic Solutions from December 1996 to November 2005. Currently, James is an Agent at State Farm Insurance, a position held since October 2020.
