Jared Howard

Jared Howard has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various companies, particularly in the service and coaching sectors. At Cintas, Jared served as Service Manager from August 2011 to November 2018, managing a team of 13 routes and overseeing $8 million in annual revenue while achieving exceptional customer retention rates and significant growth over several fiscal years. Prior to this, Jared held coaching positions with the Lexington Dolphins Swim Team and Danville Aquatic Club, where responsibilities included developing training programs and leading teams to competitive successes. Jared transitioned into insurance with State Farm as an Agent and then as Agent Intern, followed by a role as Rocket Professional Loan Originator at Quicken Loans, effectively combining expertise in both insurance and mortgage sectors. Education was completed at the University of Kentucky from 2001 to 2005.
