Jon DeRew has extensive experience in technology and education, serving in various roles at State Farm from 2018 to 2025, including Product Owner for State Farm.com and Technology Analyst in L&D/HR&D. In these positions, Jon contributed to omnichannel strategic direction and developed WalkMe content, enhancing user adoption and reducing support issues.
