Jon Wey

Jon Wey is a Director of Customer and Technology Research at State Farm, where they focus on integrating research and technology to address the real needs of customers in the property and casualty insurance sector. They have been with State Farm since 2009, progressing from a Personal Lines Underwriter to an Underwriting Section Manager, and then to leadership roles in Product and Technology Management. Currently, Jon leads efforts to assess new technologies and translate research insights into actionable innovations that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. Jon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa, completed in 2006.
