Josh Sisk

Josh Sisk has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily with State Farm ®, where roles included Auto Claim Representative and Supervisor. As an Auto Claim Representative, responsibilities included managing claim inventories and working in a team-based environment. In the Supervisor role, responsibilities expanded to include employee selection, training, compliance with regulations, and establishing unit goals, alongside mentoring and improving workflow efficiency. Currently, Josh serves as a County Commissioner in Shelby County, Alabama, beginning in November 2024. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained between 1998 and 2005.
