Kyle Connor

Kyle Connor has diverse experience across various roles in customer service, operations, and risk management. Notably, Kyle served as a Warehouse Associate at Lakeshore Beverage from May 2016 to August 2020, and as a Risk Management chair for the Epsilon-Eta chapter of Sigma Pi fraternity, ensuring compliance with regulations. Kyle worked as an Agent Team Member at Allstate from February 2021 to March 2022, and transitioned to a Client Care Representative at COUNTRY Financial® from August 2020 to February 2021. Further experience includes positions as a Learning Facilitator and Catastrophe Claims Adjuster at State Farm in 2024, as well as an Operations and Sales Intern with the Normal CornBelters. Additionally, Kyle contributed to the Bloomington Knockers Youth Football Program as an Assistant Football Coach and volunteered for the St. Baldrick's Foundation to promote fundraising efforts. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Illinois State University, completed in 2020.
