Mark Tilkin

Mark Tilkin is a corporate in-house counsel at State Farm Insurance Company, where they currently serve as legislative and regulatory counsel for Georgia, Mississippi, and South Carolina. With extensive experience in litigation, government relations, and compliance, Mark has been a member of the Maryland, Georgia, and Illinois Bars. Prior to their role at State Farm, they worked as an Assistant States Attorney in Baltimore County, prosecuting criminal offenses and heading the Arson Unit. Mark also served as an associate at Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, representing insurance companies in defense of fraudulent claims. They earned a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
