Matt Johnston is an experienced financial services professional with over 20 years in the industry. Currently serving as an Advanced Planning and Sales Support Consultant at State Farm® since January 2019, Matt previously held the role of Chief Compliance Officer at COUNTRY Financial®, where responsibilities included the development and oversight of compliance programs for various financial products. With a strong background in sales and compliance management, Matt has effectively led a regional broker-dealer with over 1,650 Registered Representatives, implementing new products and training while managing compliance initiatives. Earlier in the career, Matt worked at Prudential Financial as a Financial Services Associate.
