Michael Milligan

Michael Milligan is currently the Technology Director at State Farm Insurance Companies, a role in which they utilize their extensive background in program and project management. Previously, they held the position of Program Manager and SAFe Agile Program Manager at State Farm from 2016 to 2020. Michael's career began in the late 1990s as a Commercial Fire Underwriter, with roles evolving to include Team Manager and Business Analyst within the organization. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Risk Management from Illinois Wesleyan University and later completed the Stanford Advanced Project Management program at Stanford University.
