Nathan Klein is a Principal User Experience Researcher with extensive experience in human-centered research and design. Klein has served as a Senior User Experience Researcher at State Farm from 2014 to 2020, and is currently a Consultant at Humaniche, providing human-centered R&D services since 2009. Additionally, Klein has been an Adjunct Professor at Spelman College since 2013 and previously held the role of Assistant Professor at Lander University from 2011 to 2013. Klein holds a Doctorate in Human Factors Psychology and a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Clemson University.
