Neoshi Williams, CPCU, MBA, has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry with State Farm, progressing through roles such as Claims Adjuster, Property Claim Team Manager, Injury Claim Team Manager, and ultimately Claim Section Manager for both Fire Casualty and Injury. Neoshi has specialized in handling first-party and third-party property damage and bodily injury claims. Additionally, Neoshi is a founding member of nFormation and holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Chicago State University.
