Reed Maged

Reed Maged is a seasoned professional in technology product management, currently driving AI and Emerging Technology Strategy at State Farm, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience through AI and machine learning within the HR&D division since April 2024. Previously, Reed held significant roles at NZALI, leading technology and business development programs to enhance the organization's capabilities as a tech education provider from January 2023 to March 2025. Reed's earlier experience includes a tenure at ASB Bank from January 2015 to January 2023, where Reed served as a Senior Technical Program Manager, managing strategic partnerships and overseeing innovation initiatives, alongside roles in product management and software engineering. Reed holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Auckland.
